The agreement provides the collaboration of Parma professors in teaching activities of St. Joseph University, as well as sending Parma students to St. Joseph University's facilities.
These are students of Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, Education, Foreign Languages, Humanities and Psychology. The venue is the Mbweni Hospital for the health field and the "Child in the Sun" centre for the humanities, both facilities managed by the DMI and MMI congregation, together with SJU campuses also in Dar Es Salaam.
The cooperation project was initially made possible by strengthening the collaboration with Ruvuma Association.
